2 sticks unsalted butter (plus more to grease the pan)
1 cup sugar
4 large eggs
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (softened to room temperature)
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
